Bella heard Jake and then felt sickness wash over her again and said,"Bathroom Jake I'm not feeling well." When she felt better she brushed her teeth with the toothbrush she left at Jake's all the time and came out of the bathroom and said,"Jake honey." She put the test into his hand and looked up at him. She was scared he was gonna hate her. She loved Jacob and would do anything for him and she was his imprint. She let her hand fall to her stomach breifly and her eyes met his for a moment."Jake say something." she muttered on the verge of tears. Bella started to cry, she knew Jake didn't want a baby , hes 18 he isn't ready. Bella herself sniffed and thought about herself, 17 about to graduate from high school and pregnant, wouldn't her mom be proud. She thought of her mom and how she would react when she told her and her dad, Charlie was bound to kick her out. How was Billy going to react when Jake told him? how was Jake going to react? All of this was going through her head at once, she didn't know she could feel this much at one time. She looked at Jake in his ripped jeans and oil and dirt stained white t-shirt and thought he was perfection."Jake don't be mad please." She pleaded. She was wearing her gray sweats and one of Jake's hoodies pulled over a t-shirt. The hoodie read La Push Quileutes Football, across the back of it it said BLACK in big black letters. Bella and Jake had talked about engagement but had not went through with it yet and Bella was sure that having a baby was going to postpone that more. They were'nt touching and jake still hadn't said a word. Bella went and curled up in a ball on the couch and started to sob. They were graduating in a week and Bella and jacob were having a joint graduation party on First Beach in La Push thanks to Sue Clearwater. Bella didn't know what to think anymore, she surely wasn't ready to be a mother and she didn't know if Jake was. She had college hopes and those were now gone because Jake or no Jake she was going to be a mother and have a child to take care of, her child, their child. She knew Jake wanted to open his own garage and Billy had agreed to help him with the money for it if he graduated high school. Now with a baby coming Bella knew that would be harder than they thought. It was his dream and Bella didn't want her and the baby to take that away from him. "Jake.." Bella muttered in between tears wanting him to be near her. She loved him more than anything in the world and she already loved their baby. Bella knew Jake was busy with the pack and keeping La Push and Forks safe and her and the baby would interfere with that too and Jake wouldn't be able to fulfill his duties. Billy was a La Push elder and Bella knew since she was pregnant their wedding would be forced and rushed to keep the pregnancy quiet. She remembered three years ago when Emily got pregnant with Sam's son out of wedlock, the wedding was three days later and seven months later little Sammy was born. No one asked any questions and if they did they got few answers. Thats how La Push likes things, simple and traditional, and Jacob and Bella surely weren't doing things the traditional way. Bella thought about how everything would be different now, instead of worrying about what she was going to buy at the mall she would be worrying about if she'd have enough diapers or formula. She wasn't cut out to be a mother but something inside her wanted this baby like she needed air to breathe not a need a necessity. Before she knew she was pregnant she had no desire for a child but now, she couldn't imagine her and Jacob without their child.
