Maria gasped. "Video games? I'm sorry I didn't mean to seem so shocked. It's just I didn't expect that." She chuckled softly. "So what kind of video games do you play?" She asked curiously. Dr. Allen Richter was getting more and more interesting the more she spoke to him. She really was thankful that he was being so kind.
"My nephew loves video games." She chuckled. "His father hates them though. I think you and Nate would get along well." She chuckled again softly.

Allen thanked her for the water before taking her suggestion and sitting down. Sighing gently, he looked at her and took a sip of his water. She was truly a beautiful woman and she had a stunning apartment. He had to wonder what other sort of secrets she was holding up her sleeve.
Hearing her speak of her hobbies, he nodded and smiled. "I see. You sound like quite the perfect woman." He chuckled at the thought before taking another drink and thinking about what he did in his spare time. Looking down at his drink with a slight blush he replied, "Well I uh...I play videogames and read. I'm not a very outgoing person."

"Water it is!" Maria smiled as she got a glass out and filled it with water for him. "I'm currently out of tea." She smiled as she handed it to him. "There you are." She nodded when he said he could return anytime. "Well if you're sure." She took a seat at the table and offered for him to do the same.
"Hmm like hobbies? Well I used to take pictures a lot back in the country. Like of nature and such. I also like planting. It's one of my more current hobbies. Just seeing what will grow out of the seed you know? What about you? What do you do in your spare time?" She asked making conversation.

Allen followed after Maria and stated, "Wow...it's really nice for a normal apartment price. This is really amazing. The first apartment I had here was nothing compared to this." He chuckled at the thought and continued, "No, thanks. I'm not really a coffee person. I'd rather have some tea or water, if you have that." He followed her into the kitchen and thought about her question. "Well...I suppose you should know that it gets pretty busy here in the late afternoon hours, and that's about it."
Smiling, Allen said softly, "Don't worry, Maria. I'm fine. I can get back at any time I want. If I get back too late, I'll just take the late shift. No big deal." He chuckled and looked around, asking, "So, Maria, what do you normally like to do, if you don't mind me asking?"

Maria smiled. "Not really. It's around the average price of apartments. I think it's a pretty good deal." She chuckled softly as she closed the door behind them. "So you want a coffee or something?" She asked politely. "And is there anything else I should be warned about Central?" She asked curiously as she smiled at Allen.
She walked into the kitchen and got herself a small glass of water and drank it down. "Oh, Allen... How long can you stay? I don't want you too get in trouble for being late back to work." She chuckled softly.

Allen nodded as he replied with a chuckle, "Good. I'm glad you at least remember that about where you live. It's pretty crucial." Scratching his head he continued, "No, I wouldn't mind stopping by. So long as it's alright with you..."
He trailed off as he followed her to her apartment. Smiling, he looked at it and felt his eyes widen slightly. "W-Woah...this is a really nice apartment, Maria." He stepped in slowly and looked at her curiously, asking, "Is it expensive?"

"Yup! I'm on the third floor room 274." Maria tapped her head. "I remembered that. You coming up with me?" She asked politely as an offer. "We just went out to eat so I don't know if you want coffee or anything." She chuckled.
When they got to the apartment building she led the way up the stairs to her apartment. "And here it is." She unlocked the door letting him in. "This is my apartment." She smiled.

Allen nodded as he replied, "Yeah, you should definitely memorize your address. It'd be helpful. And good, I'm glad that didn't sound dorky." He chuckled before stopping at the apartment and looking up at it. Looking back at Maria, he asked, "Do you remember which floor and room you're in anyway?"

Maria nodded with a chuckle. "I'll try not to." She nodded in reply and smiled. "Alright, good. I would have felt bad. I should probably memorize the street name and number of the building." She chuckled again then followed him out in the streets.
"Doesn't sound dorky. It sounds cute." She teased slightly then she looked around everywhere as they walked. She couldn't help but feel slightly scared. What if the Ripper changed tactics and attacks girls who aren't alone? She couldn't help but feel the worry build up within her.
