Damein sees that he has now upseted her. "Your still my student. Teachers cant do this Emi. No matter the age. Teachers and students cant." He sighs thinking she will never understand him. She isnt putting herself in his shoes at all. "But....maybe....." He smiles. "After you turn 18. I can stop being a teacher. At least at your school. That way. Im not your teacher." He smiles happily. "Im so smart! I figured it out!" HE smiles and hugs her tightly. "Thats what I will do!"

Emi glared at him before getting off his lap."I know that Damien. I'm
not an idiot but know one even thinks I'm underage. Your the only one making me seem like I'm so child or so. I'm 17 1/2 I'll be 18 in just a few weeks so it don't matter. After that we can show ourseld in public. Right?"she tilted her head,wondering why he can't see it the way she sees it. You think she's give herself up like this to anyone? No so that should tell him he's special to her.

Damein really grew tired of her thinking that. "No, Emi. Its not that. Even if we are states away. Its still illeagl for a man my age. To do things that we have been doing...with a girl your age. Its like that in any state. Its not my fault thats the law. Ok?" Damein sighs, growing tired of repeating himself. He hates doing that.

Emi blinked before saddening at his last sentence. She thought it was here he didn't want word out that he was dating her. If they were states away what was the problem? She could pass for older long as she dressed it. She sighed softly before looking down."Why don't you want people to know were a couple in New York? No one would really know us. It's far from Maryland and it's a huge city. A-are you..."she sniffled back a few tears as she suddenly felt uncomfortable and tried covering herself with her arms."A-are you that ashamed of me Damien?"

"Well those are the good parts." He chuckles at her lightly. "If you want to see it. Maybe on spring break. I can take you. If I come up with a good idea that will make it so people dont think of us a couple." He says thinking of a plan.

Emi hugged on him,laying her head on his shoulder. She lightly
rubbed her finger on his chest,drawing little invisible hearts on him."How can it be dangerous? If your with me I know I'll be safe Damien. I bet its gorgoeus. I wanna go so much. It
would be so lovely to see the statue of liberty or visit the famous china town or the famous park or so. Maybe I'm just
dreaming though."she was a bit sad at that thought before hugging on him all the more.

"New York..Is complicated." He chuckles. "And yeah, she is a great step mom. Ive never hated her. She never tried to replace my mother. So I respect and care for the woman. And it was finally nice to see my father laugh and smile with a woman again. He was..heart broken when mom died. Cancer...it got her. Out of no where." He watches her sit up ontop him. "New York...can be pretty, and then dangerous."

Emi smiled at his little history. She kissed his lips sweetly before moving closer to him and sitting on his lap. Her figure was barely covered by the bubbly water. She wrapped her arms around his neck before smiling."You grew up in such a loving family. That's great. I'm sorry bout your mom but at least you have another woman you could
have as a mother. Such a lucky man. Heh and what's new York like? I've never been since I've lived her in Maryland the whole time. We mostly just visited Philidephia that's it.
I'd love to go sometime sir. If I'm ever lucky to go there."

He chuckles and leans back in the hot tub holding her close. "Well...theres my two older brothers. William, and Fox. Fox being the oldest. And dont ask why Fox is named Fox. Still to this day dad wont tell me why him and mom named him Fox. It matches him tough. So its all good. And then my mom when I was ten. Dad remarried when I was 18. Too a nice lovely woman. Who has daughters, and are now my step sisters..one older one younger." He says to her kindly. "Im from New York, Broklyn." Damein tells her.
