It was dark and dreary. The room echoed of mourning and hums. The fire crackled endlessly in the center, beckoning evil to tempt it's flames. The hall of Justice seemed no longer to be so ever since the rule of the God of Death Hades. The fire that burned so lovely was a gift by this legend.
For three months the world was thrown into a state of chaos. The sun never shown after the death of a hero. No one could remember the last time light was actually shown here. Thus the layers of dust grew and the hells sign ever stronger.
In the center of the fire place hung a mass, a body. The feet never touched the floor and the fingers never straightened. The rope had stopped it's tedious game of twirling and now one side faced the never ending flames. Left to die a slow and painful death, the girl that hung there no longer struggled to be free.
It was silent for a few more seconds before the black maiden's head shot up. Having been dried to one side, her head lazily fell over to the full shoulder as her one good eye looked up to instruct her fingers to start working. Those dainty limbs worked fast as the over grown nails began to claw at the rope, little by little grazing it to a breaking point.
As the moment of freedom came closer and closer, she suddenly began to sway her bare feet in manic motions like she was being shaken like a rag doll. The dress began to fall in small pieces to the floor as she shook, her finger nails working harder then ever till she felt her body collide with the floor.
The gypsy woman laid there motionless for a bit before again raising her head up sharply and letting her single eye scan her surroundings. She gathered to her feet as she recalled the message that was sent via the wind. A code that only her sisters in arms would know. Sent on a whisper of sand, it brought Esmeralda back to rebellion movement.
She took hold of the rope left over from her hanging and draped it over her slender shoulders. She licked her dry lips and teeth as she pushed open the large doors.
The outside was thick with mist as she made her way to the edge of town. As the gypsy walked, she moved her hand around to gather an illusion by her side. It took the shape of a goat with the force of an ox. She soon came to a hault and with a smile threw down a serge of light energy to transport herself to the place of meeting.
In a puff of smoke, Esmeralda appeared in the dead center of the middle of the shop.

Cinderella looked to her left and right, nervous of whether it was safe to start moving or not.
For the long while in which Hades took over with his undead army, Cinderella had locked herself away in her large closet of the castle, the castle in which has been neglected for some time.
"Maybe if I send a mouse out, he can tell me if it's safe to come out." She said to herself. After spending so long in hiding, Cinderella got used to thinking outside rather than inside.
"Oh no, but what if after a long time, the mouse doesn't come back? Would that make make it unsafe, or state the mouse is slow?" She argued with herself, then gulped deeply and taking a deep breath. "No, I have to leave! I am being waited for and it is not kind to make others wait!" She decided, then fiercely jumped out of the closet, ready to strike whoever lurked. She looked to her left and right nervously and exhaled deeply.
"Oh good, no one's here." She said quite relieved and noticed how much of a wreck her castle was. She herself became a wreck as well, just a pile of debris that had not moved nor stirred.
When Cinderella noticed that she was in no danger, a wide smile spread across her face. She was finally free again.
Snapping back to reality and remembering her current goal, she then began to run out of the castle and to the desired meeting place nestled in the center of Nox Verge.
"Do not worry, I am coming friends!" She exclaimed aloud. During her run, her leg had come unlatched, causing her to fall. However, she got back up and continued to run as best as she could while the string keeping her together began attaching her leg tightly.
It was a while before Cinderella and her mice finally reached the meeting place, and surprisingly she had been the second to arrive after her wonderful friend, Jasmine.

The streets were filled with old leaves and volcanic dust. The sky was a mass of white and gray, the buildings not considerably tall enough to reach it. The air was still and dry. The winds never passed through and the animals never visited, as if they were any left to roam. This was Nox Verge.
The dirt rose up in small quarrels at the heels of the girl. The alleyway was long and the silence broken only by the breathing and the clinking of metal. Her pursuer's were given the order of death to any rebel who dared to interfere with natural order but natural order never intended to include hell on earth.
The girl was swift as she hurtled over obstacles and let the forces of destiny push her in the right direction. Her bare feet took to rough landings and her clothes, only there in respect to her kind. Without a doubt, she was one of the few who thought little of her appearance and more of the freedom that this universe longed to taste once again.
The undead army that the almighty ruler had built was just as strong and just as fast as those living. She didn't expect anything less of the God of Death. Hades who had been ruler ever since three months ago, now sat on top of Mount Olympus after the death of Hercules. Victory was easy for the taking and with the help of other local villains, the universe was in the palm of death's hands. Though with all this destruction, there was still many heroes not willing to die yet.
The most unlikely to rise up were the women. In their worlds, the men were regarded quite highly. This was the perfect opportunity for her to get into the action. The Queen of Agrabah wasn't just a pretty face.
As the guards struggled to keep up, Princess Jasmine jumped upon the nearest series of crates to get up to the rooftops as her husband Aladdin had once showed her. She sprinted faster across the tops until she thought it was safe to call upon real transportation. She put two fingers to her lips and whistled for her beast.
The air shifted slightly as she continued to move, making the dirt rise up higher and dust began to gather at her left. As seconds ticked on, the form of the dirt mass shaped itself to look more and more like a tiger.
The beast let out a roar once it's formation was complete. Jasmine reached out and took hold of the fur to thrust herself on top of it and ordered it to jump off and get back onto the streets. Rajah cut through the rest of the small town assuring that their escape from death once again was a success.
Soon the pair harbored inside a small store known as Fates Parlor. It was the meeting place of the last plan set up for the official start of the rebellion against Hades. Jasmine closed the door behind her as Rajah curled up in a corner of the empty shop. She smiled and rested herself against the pet as she awaited for the arrival of her friends.
