Most people wish dearly, that they could see those loved one's they've lost. To relieve the memories created, and possibly just spend a little more time with them. Maybe even get a slight insight on the other world, that people supposedly go to when death corrupts them? Though the thoughts can make you feel high, and give you a pleasant bubbly feeling inside, to constantly see those whom passed on - or stuck - is truly not the best.

One girl, see's dead people. Simple as that. Only she can, see the ghosts. Hear their stories, their mocking voices that constantly ring out in her ears.. At first, she believed that it was truly nothing. Just a figment to her imagination due to the fact of watching too many horror movies for the past few weeks. But soon, she see's a man. Constantly burning in her vision. Seeing his death, replay over and over. Seeing his burning flesh ooze off his skin as he tries to communicate with her, and possibly get something out of her.

Tearing through her high school, she runs. Wishin her feet would carry her faster, further - just anywhere where that burning man wouldn't be. But sadly, he continued to follow her. Seeming to be around each corner she turned, until she looked to jumping out a window as her only escape. That was, until some teachers bust through the door she locked, knocking her out.

Next thing you know, she's packed onto a bus. Ready to leave behind her old life, to be shipped off to a mental institution. One where the doctors will listen to her and help her through everything. Give her pills, and soon she'll heal and go back to her old life, friends, family and possibly crushes.

But what happens when that's not the case?
What happens, when there's a much more deep dark secret lingering within the tell-tales of the mental hospital?
What happens, if love occurs.
The most forbidden of them all.

This is the story come up by me - Rikuxlove - and iiMrDarcy. Don't take it!
Just to let you know, this is slightly also taken off of the "Dark Powers" series, featuring the main character Cloe Saunders. ;D This is just our twist of it.

The small brunette should have been surprised by Archeron's burst into the room, though she couldn't care where the other was or if they were watching and listening to what they were saying. However, their were only two emotions that ran through the necromancer mind; safety and calm. Lelend's last words were drowned out as Evelyn slipped into slumber, her fingers losing their tight grip on his shirt, through they were still there, unwilling to move from the current position.

4: oo am.

Swiftly, though not all that silently, the necromancer of the mental ward awoke from her deep slepp and managed to slip out of the room without too much noise; the small words that Lelend seemed to mumble in his sleep had caused her to pause more then once as she made her way towards the door of their room. The door itself was a challenge as it squeaked opened. Clearing her thoughts from what she actually had actually just or rather almost done. Evelyn walked—correctionstumbled throughout the small hallway of the male's side, quietly whispering praises to the almighty being above that the other's in the dorm were a very heavy sleeper and would not wake up from her very late trip in the dark. the tiny brunette didn't think that she would have slept for so long and her new 'roommates' would be in content in the world of dreams for her to sneak out, which was a loose working of the word sneak, however tonight seemed to take a turn of events—though these events were not uncommon for someone of her...kind—and said events kept her out longer than usual. Returning to her side of the dorm in an almost drunken sloppy mess was not something she preferred to do, she would have much rather been back in the bed with Lelend, still in her world of dreams, the very cruel and bitter frosty sight of Maria standing in front of her door sobering her up real quick. Of course, the auburn haired woman had not come out of her little walking adventure unscathed for she had neatly tripped over the long rug in the hall that she had tripped on a daily basis for she continued to forget it was there and neatly landed face first—seeing as in her state reflexes were simply out of the question—which had earned her scrapped knees and a nice growing bump on her forehead.

Blinking back a few times, Evelyn looked up to see that Maria was no longer standing at her door. However, her vision did not hold for long as pain from bursted from the back of her head. Before the small brunette could truly grasp what was happening around her, everything was dark and she was returned to her land of dreams.

Rolling over, Evelyn opened her eyes and for the first few minutes she thought to be blind. Darkness surrounded her, however it took a few more minutes before the pain to sink back in. "Damn it." She mumbled, rolling over to her side, a hand reaching back to touch the back of her head. Pain waved over the back of her head with the mere touch and a scream slipped from her. "Ouch." She whimper, blinking back a few feeling crawled over her as something reached out and grasped her arm. An unhuman growl followed whatever it was that was connected to her arm.

The guy. . He seems quite odd. But interesting at the same time. Maybe he isn't as bad as the first impression spoke. Acheron thought to himself, with a very small smile stretching on the corners of his lips. Though I actually did want to stay. It'd be awkward to return and disturb Lelend's cuddling with Evelyn he thought with a light sigh, shaking his head as he turned the nearby corner down the hallway. I do wonder where Lily had abruptly disappeared to though. . It isn't like her to do that. It's more like her to cling onto the new guy, Acheron inquired to himself, but decided to merely brush it off. It was the wise thing to do, and he didn't want to taint his mental mind with thoughts of her. It wasn't the way to go.

Reaching for the knob attached to his dorm room door, he turned it seeing as it was luckily unlocked, and then slipped inside. The room was quiet, and very dark; no light was turned on. And that only made a very furious blush cross his cheeks, making him feel hot. Slipping his shirt off silently, he sauntered over to his bed, and felt around in the darkness to make sure no one was camped out there. Then slipped under the covers. "In case you're worried I'm one of the utterly insane residents here, it's Acheron." He finally said, having a sigh of relief register in his ears as a reply. "I'm turning on the light okay? It's too dark," Acheron added quickly, and then leaned over under his blankets - which were already half tangled onto his torso - and then slipped his fingers around the string and yanked down on it. Turning on the beside table's lamp.

Light flooded the room, and made all three of them in the room squint. Lelend and Evelyn were placed tightly together on his bed, their lips tangled. Resembling his own which were wrapped in blankets. Unwrapping them from him, he straightened it out and then slipped under them calmly. "Real sorry to disturb you two. But I'd rather not crash on the couch" He said softly, sounding honestly sorry. Lelend simply shook his head, and chuckled. Pulling his body away from Eve's slightly to look at his friend.

"Hey dude, it's no problem. I owe you one, okay? You deserve sleeping in your own bed. Not on the musty couch in the living room. Thanks" Lelend said, with a very pleasuring smile on his face. Acheron hadn't ever seen him grin so far, and it only made him feel better for coming back here. Nodding, he turned over on his side, and faced the wall.

"You can stay here okay. . Don't worry," Lelend whispered in Evelyn's ear, returning his gaze to her and curling his fingers in through her hair. Sliding his body up to his pillows, Lelend brought her with him. Placing her head very lightly on a pillow, and wrapping his arms around her tiny frame. Kissing her forehead softly. "Sorry that I seem so. . Inexperienced. But I understand now . . The hint was enough," He said, addressing the matter of treats. Of course the male would want treats. . He was too stupid to realize what they were at first thought. Lelend probably just wanted to keep his mind innocent, and not flood it with . . regular boy thoughts as you could say. "Are you tired? You should get some good rest," Lelend said, leaning down to bring the blanket over their bodies. "And. . I'm really glad we've gotten closer."

The sun was low on the horizon, bathing the city in molten golds and amber shades, a sight that would be nothing less than breathtaking for someone who was sitting down by the shore with friends, family, or a significant other. For others it is a fair warning that the nightwalkers of the city were going to be breathing a new wave of life into the concrete jungle that seemed to slow down towards the end of the sunlight hours. For most, things would be looking up, for others, it was time to hide themselves away in order to stay out of trouble from the creatures that tended to go bump in the night.

It was as if she were forever drowning in a blissful hell. Her body and mind were calm as she curled her lithe form into the were's, a shiver dancing along her spine as his lips brushed against the skin of her neck. A brow rose as she listened to Lelend stumble through his confusion about treats - the boy really did not know what was going on when it came to women and for this she was slightly relieved about. "Don't know what I'm talking about still." Evelyn stated, clearly amused by the situation on had as she wiggled back ever so slightly to look up at the were through her lashes. "Not even a little?" She teased, shifting until she could lean her body up, her lips pressing lightly against his for a brief moment before she pulled away, nuzzling back onto his chest. "That was a hint." Evelyn had attempted to make a joke out of the whole thing, but perhaps it would just be better to get the were a picture book and some self-help books on the subject and let him learn himself.

Letting her eyes drift close once more, her peace was broken as Lelend asked her what was wrong. Those mossy green orbs looked up at him once more, questioning him silently before flickering away from his face. "I'm afraid of alot of things." She paused for a moment. "But right now I am merely scared of what's to come." Evelyn licked her lips as she continued. "What if something is seriously wrong with this place? Will you...will you stay with me? I-I don't think I can do this by myself, but but if it gets to much for you. Just tell me and..." Evelyn drifted off, letting her words die out as footsteps in the hallway seemed to shuffle closer to them. "Could I stay here? Promise not to cuddle you to death. The tiny brunette looked up hopeful at the were. "I'd slip out in the morning before they caught us..." A plan to escape back to her room in a middle of the night already began to form in her mind.

"Well, at least I know he might swing this way." Ryder commented slyly to himself as he watched the male escape from his room all to late to block the comment on how he had been staring at his 'model' like positions. Not that Ryder was going to be judging the male on this. He had his own relations in the past and gender was never the issue. Of course, being in a mental ward was never a good time to start something that could be meaningful up. But that was just the mind readers view on things.

His mother was absolutely going to wring his neck until he turned blue if she ever heard of his past.

He really didn’t expect things to flow out like this. In all honesty he couldn't sleep; didn't want to sleep just yet. It was something of a natural occurrence that happened at least twice a week. To escape just sitting and staring at the stars until the sun rose above the horizon, Ryder had usually wandered around alone, picking off what human thoughts came his way while keeping his hazel hues peeled for any thing that wasn't human, that was more like him. Of course, the night before he had been sent to these places had been the same. He was awake and staring out one of the windows in the apartment oasis he had stumbled upon, though he had remained inside the room longer than he had anticipated and only left to get some fresh air when the first lights of dawn were creeping in.

He knew that Kiva slept like the dead—no pun intended—and he would be back before the lithe woman had even opened her eyes. Hence why the onyx haired male had taken a leisurely stroll, but not before leaving a symbol for his young spitfire to find if she had woken up early. Ryder knew quite well that Kiva was susceptible to night terrors. She had woken up many times in a cold sweat, screaming on the top of her lungs. Of course he was always there to settle her nerves, but it was not good for his health to be constantly on watch for the young woman and not get some sleep at the same time, though, said brunette made up for it during the day for she had taken it upon herself to fight off most of their enemies.

"Usually, there are many things wrong with this world." Lelend replied quite modestly, and bluntly to Evelyn's contradiction of herself. There seemed to be something wrong. Possibly it had to do with that ghost she had interacted with in the basement? It could still be haunting her, causing her to tremble within. But how could he know. . Lelend was too blind. Utterly clueless. Had zero experience with girls. He didn't want to say anything idiotic to her, to hurt since. Since he'd heard and read many times that girls were sensitive. . Or that they took offense easily. Though he didn't want to believe that - since that too could be offensive - he didn't know what to do. With Evelyn he felt very natural, and seemed to go with the flow.

Around her, the were was very comfortable. And though she made him howl silently inside by her every move, and touch. . He felt as if he had to stay away. Lelend could easily hurt her. Or so he believed. And if he did, he'd never forgive himself. It would be a fact that would hang over his head, like a deathly cloud and follow him everywhere. It'd never lead his mind, even if he attempted at burying it deep within in a compartment way in the back. "Not about food? . . Hm . .I . . Don't quite know what you're talking about then." Lelend said slowly, almost fighting against saying the words. He didn't want to sound like a moron. But he was actually confused in that situation..

"I smell like a forest eh? Must be the dog." Lelend joked with a very charming smile roaming onto his lips slowly. He then turned on his side to get a better look at Evelyn. Another shock wave ran throughout his body as he studied her. She was so petite. . But utterly beautiful. Her curly hair that bounced around her shoulders, and curled around her frame when it reached down far enough. Her eyes that twinkled, and held so much. . Yet analyzed so much too. It only made him grin wider, as he scooted closer to her on his place on the bed. Wrapping an arm around her, Lelend kissed her neck very softly. Just a tiny peck. "You tired? You don't seem to get good enough sleep in that room of yours. . You could possibly crash here for tonight. What are you afraid of. . Eve?" Lelend asked, whispering in her ear softly.

Taking his index finger and running it through her curls. Brushing them from her face.

"What do you mean save him?" Acheron asked, cracking an eyelid slightly to survey Ryder. He still held that posture, like a male model sprawling himself out on the bed. "Well if I were ashamed of having naughty thoughts, then why would I think 'em? . . I usually try not to think things that I wouldn't speak aloud." Acheron admitted quite easily, his words flowing from his lips. It was possibly he was telling the truth; or not. Acheron was quite the liar. But he didn't lie often . . Which made it harder to tell if her were lying or not, unless you knew him well.

And most didn't.

Nor did he want most to.

He paid no heed to Ryder as he changed, but solely let his lids shut again over his eyes. "I'd like to say it simply as telekinetic power. . I can . . Only control it vaguely. Like with small objects," Acheron began to reveal, and then slid a pencil from his sweater pocket. He tossed it up in the air, and as it flipped a couple times and was slowly brought back down by gravity, it stopped just before it hit the floor. It simply floated there, tilting from side to side, like it were on a balance beam. Opening his lid once more, to peer at the object as it floated there, he concentrated for a bit more to keep it floating, and then let it clatter to the dorm room floor.

"And I'd rather not bother them. Lelend would probably let Evelyn crash there tonight. Hopefully, I can I dunno. . Get my own bed or something. But it was a pleasure meeting you. Just keep the pencil. I have another - it doesn't matter. I'll leave you be then." Acheron said, practically ending their conversation so abruptly. Sitting up with a loud sigh, he leaped to his feet and shook his limbs. Stretching himself out before heading for the door.

A sly smile twisted the corner of her lips as she let her eyes flicker towards the were whose fingers trailed up her thigh causing a shiver to run down her spine. "Nothing. Everything." Evelyn shrugged and moved back further onto the bed, laying never to the male, mimicing the same body language that he had. "You know.." She trailed off, letting her eyes drift close as the sly smile return, a giggle wanted to slip from her but she held it back. "... I wasn't talking about food earlier. Of course we could incorperate some food into the act, though I think that would be messy. And I for one don't want to be that sticky." For a moment, Evelyn thought it might have been better to just stick with the threats, since Lelend seemed more apt to know what she was talking about. Peculiar at best, the air held a strange feeling to it, one she dared to think that she recognized from days long since gone. Peering at the were, her the sly smile had been replaced by a shy one. The tiny brunette could see why the were would retreat to his room so much, it was comfortable, more so then her own room where there was never a moment where she hadn't thought about one of the females bursting in and attacking her - mainly Maria. Clearing her thoughts of the subject, Evelyn moved closer to Lelend, nuzzling her way into him until she was pressed against his body in an odd manner.

"You smell like a forest." Evelyn nuzzled her nose closer to the males body, burying it into his shirt as the scent took over her nose. "Its comforting." Her fingers dug into the were's shirt tail. "Kind of reminds me of home." Silence swallowed the large room. Not but the echoes of far gone footsteps beyond were to be heard. Those footsteps, however, were of no concern to the tiny brunette. Caught up in the pleasantries of her own thoughts, she left her wits behind. Trapped in a foreign place at the request of her overbearing parents, it was all she could do to retain some semblance of her sanity, lest she grow maddened by the very silence and boredom that became her. Lids falling over her pale eyes, Evelyn thought of happier things, happier times. Though those thoughts were soon replaced by thoughts of Lelend that could have made a nun blush.

"Think you might need to disturb them. Or at least help your roommate." Head suddenly snapping up to attention, he drew his eyelids backward to gaze upon the near stranger. "You have talents with your mind. If you really want to then, you might be able to block me out from your thoughts...In time. If you do not want me to talk your thoughts outloud then just tell me. Might work to block any...naughty thoughts." Ryder cleared his throat, moving off the bed and walked across his room, taking off his shirt and tossing it into the corner that he mentally deemed his laundry corner. Rummaging around in his closest he pulled out a button up shirt, though he merely slipped it over his arms, not bothering with the buttons.

Fingers partially curled, he waved a hand in a gesture of his unknowing. ”To be perfectly honest,” he spoke plainly. ”I know little of your talents and what you can and can't do. However, I will say that most people with a mind talent offend have others.“ From just a glimpse inside the world of the foreign supernatural world, he could see they operated quite differently than back home. There were more secrets and most were rather sescentive when it came to their powers being known. Ryder, however, didn't care about people knowing what he could and couldn't do - it was all the same and it saved him from slipping up and saying the person's thoughts on accident.

With the timid comment of treats, Lelend shook his head. Seeming disgusted with the thought. Though Lelend, at his age growing into a very large werewolf, he had abandoned food. That, that was fed here in the mental ward didn't appeal to him any longer. He'd rather go hungry, instead of eat. In fact, Lelend only truly ate when he felt the need to; when his body craved the nutrients begging him to consume something. Nibbling his lower lip slightly, he peered at Evelyn. "I'd rather not. Food doesn't appeal to me too much. The crap they feed us here isn't real." Lelend said distastefully, with another shake of his head to set the edge in his tone. Blinking silently, he cleared his throat.

The next comment was about models. Lelend actually hadn't thought of love, just like Acheron before. Nor did he take much interest into girls. He didn't get off from looking at the slender, tan bodies of bikini models. In fact, he found it to be a nuisance to have them pasted on his white walls. He'd rather look at the horrid color, that drained all happiness from him, then stare at a girl's belly button all night. For some reason, these walls sometimes calmed him. Grounded him into reality, forcing him to plant realistic roots in his life. He was in a mental ward. He was see as insane. He should treat himself as that way; not insane that is. He should simply go with the flow. And it also wasn't like female - or even male - models were allowed on his walls, or anyone else's. Only family, or friend pictures were allowed.

"Yeah. I guess Acheron doesn't want to dwell on the past much either. Stirs up too many memories. . Good and bad. Though the good is great, when you reach the bad the fun is over. I have in fact offered maybe making some collage with him, or allowing him to put up any photo's he may have. . But he refused. He has no pictures." Lelend said, pondering on the thoughts as to what could have happened back where Acheron used to take place. Had he done something similar to what Lelend had done? Is that why he was here? Who knew. Lelend didn't want to intrude on his thought-process, and make him turn against him. Acheron was a good buddy. Seriously. Feeling his bed dip slightly on the edge, his eyes opened to look at a very thoughtful Evelyn. Reaching over to the female, he ran his index finger along the side of her thigh, before trailing up to her hand.

Holding it within his two, and turning his head to the side on his pillows. "What is it Eve?"

Acheron glanced at Ryder. The model-like pose he was in seemed to calm. . And collected. It disturbed Acheron how playful and just utterly calm this male was. Like things were a game. And he wasn't placed in a house homing freaky insane kids. The mentally disturbed. Shaking his head, Acheron calmed himself down though. He didn't enjoy how Ryder could pry within him. . Read his emotions, his face. . His actions and thoughts. It was like he was soon going to know everything about him, possibly even black mail him because he appeared to be like such a male. To do anything for themself. Not selfish just. . Interested in possible drama, or situations where people could be uncomfortable. It was hard to describe. But his emotions were now swarming in the pit of his stomach, shrouded by his dull manner.

"Alright. Well I've been here possibly for about three weeks now? Month at the most and then some. It's been quite a ride since I got here, I'll let you know though." Acheron replied, with a very light chuckle. It was. . Soft. Light as known, but very feathery. But it was true. Him having to knock out both Maria and Lelend when freaking out at her clawing at Evelyn's face, and Lelend practically transforming before his eyes through his anger. "No one can know for sure when we will get to leave. We've all been assured we'll be let go when we're. . 'Healed' or what ever. So you just gotta do the drill, until they dub you as cured. But now, with this new knowledge being welcomed. . I can't say if I'll ever be let go." Acheron said, a glimmer of dissatisfaction floating in his half-lidded gaze. Mimicking Ryder's pose, he nodded.

"Then I guess I'll camp out here until it's safe. No need to bother 'em. And as for Lily. . Who knows. She is a pretty gal. She's just bat shit crazy; she has a reason to be here."

A thought about saying something about treats came to mind, but Evelyn quickly let it go into the back of her mind as she allowed Lelend to pulled her into his room and shut the door behind him. "You never know when a treat can come in. Or prehaps I should just start offering treats?" Evelyn bit into her bottom lip as the words left her mouth, though once something has been said there was nothing that she could do to unsay it.

Fingers of contrasting lengths knotted together easily. Against a small, pale hand, the larger formed a tan glove that covered it entirely. Lightly, the arms each hand belonged to swung forward and back again with each step. In but a small amount of time they emerged from the hallway into the waiting bedroom beyond. Evelyn was perfectly content to stay at Lelend's side until his hand left hers, the warmth that had once been quickly left causing the small brunette to tuck her hands behind her back. Evelyn couldn't help the eye roll that followed the were's introduction to his room. True she had been in there before, though Lelend had been knocked out at the time and she was still in a state of shock - not as much as Archeron had, but enough for her to block out most of what took place. "Its... comfortable. I can see why you'd treat back here." Evelyn stood in the doorway shifting from one foot to the other until she made her way to Archeron's bed, sitting on the very end with her legs tucked up under her in a criss-cross manner. "No pictures of models? I'm slightly disappointed." Looking around the room, it was rather dull to what to pictured most males their age to have. True they were in a home, but that didn't mean that they couldn't release their inter-maniness, if there were such a thing.

"Archeron doesn't even have pictures." She mumbled after a moment, staring at the walls as if she were offended by their blankness. Pushing off of Archeron's bed, Evelyn crossed the space between the two beds and sat on the end of Lelend's. It was almost the same. "How are you feeling? Injury wise?" The were's injuries were never far from her mind as she was the cause of most of them; the recent ones pushed the thought of leaving Lelend out of the next few adventures, though she highly doubted that she could without him finding out about it later. "Lelend.." Evelyn opened her mouth to say more, but shook her head and closed her mouth; lost in thought.

"You think very loudly sometimes." Ryder commented about the males earlier outburst of anger. Well, it seemed that this boy did have some emotions after all and of course, Ryder would get the worst of them to come out. He was just special like that at times. The ability to read minds and the ability to annoy others to the point of breaking into anger was just one of his many talents. Of course, there were a few other talents that he liked far more then those, but they were for another time, another place, and most likely another partner. "Pity." The dark haired male stated as the other went into his lack of family members or the want of lack there of. Either way, something about the kids family had him ruffled, so the mind reader left it alone for another time.

Shifting back into his bed, Ryder laid out, one hand propped up under his head as a pillow while the other laid loosely on his stomach, his fingers drumming along the line of his jeans and a place where his shirt had risen just enough to show a bit of skin. "How long have you been here?" A simple question. "How long do you think they will keep you?" Not so simple of a question. These places were never keeping kids that long, always sending them off with a mind so melted from pills that there really wasn't anything left of the kid - normal kids that is.

"Sounds like you are interested in her - if she weren't crazy and mega-bitch." Ryder spoke again, thinking back to what the male had to say about the blonde that had been on his side earlier. It still bothered him that he could not pick up where she was in the house. Could she block his powers? If so, then she was certainly someone to look into, at least until he figured out what she was, then it would just be a matter of avoiding her and her freak powers. An eyebrow rose as another thought rang out to him, a smirk lit up his lips in the aftermath. "Seems you can't go back to your room now."

: Lelend :
Lelend blinked, scowling at Maria briefly. But Evelyn came up behind him again, breathing slowly while she laced her fingers through his. Looking down at their twined hands, he could feel his cheeks slowly becoming engulfed in his emotional flames. It was a good thing Evelyn was leading the couple away from Maria, because he was sure to soon be ridiculed. Lelend rarely blushed; nor did he enjoy the fact that he did sometimes. But for some odd reason, he was now. Exposing himself to the winds of reality, at the giggles of snarling bitches. "Where are we going?" Lelend asked softly, watching as Evelyn explained about not enjoying Maria's presence. He completely understood.

Lelend didn't enjoy her presence much either. But by the looks of things, it seemed that the two were heading off to the boys dorm side. "Well. . That's actually not that bad. You just freaked out. And people freak out all the time. But people don't beat their mothers all the time." Lelend said, reassuring the girl while also taking yet another mental stab at himself. Striking it deep, and then downcasting his gaze. This was indeed true. . Lelend was quite unique in the way he got here, but it only proved the reason he needed to be locked away. The male was dangerous, and his anger only made that strength worse. He was still incredibly shocked, and tingling from the fact that Evelyn still wanted him there.

He shook all over, quaking in his socked feet as he hurried up the stairs. Finally parting their holding hands, to reach the top of the staircase before her. "What's the need to threaten me? Aren't I a good boy to you?" Lelend asked, with a playful wink, leaning his slim body on the nearby wall, awaiting Evelyn to reach the top with him. When she finally did, he twined his fingers with hers, bringing her hand to his parted lips to kiss it softly. "If you're worried about me being near that Ryder fellow, don't worry. I'm with you, and that's all that counts. . You accept me." He said, with a bright sparkle glinting in body his eyes. Tugging her along, Lelend hurried to his room, opening the door with his hip and then ushering the girl within.

Closing the door behind them.

"Though you've been here before. . Welcome to my safe place in this world of fire." Lelend formally introduced, bowing like a total nerd before flopping down onto his bed.

"Who said - or thought - anything about me not knowing what I was?" Acheron scowled, sounding completely insulted and even slightly flabbergasted at the male's comment. He hadn't expected such a thing to occur, and he pursed his lips briefly. Turning his head in the other direction and blowing out a lot of hot air that was slowly building inside him. "Hey there. . I can understand that whole deal about not being able to control your powers. Most times, I can't either. . It scares me even." Acheron said, his eyes flickering open and staring at the blank ceiling. A plain white color like the rest of the house. . Like it's walls. . And flowers. . Vases, and couches. It sickened him. How much white there was.

Nibbling his cheek now instead of his lip, Acheron sat up and placed his head in his hands. A bored expression crossing his face. "If all the residents in this house are supers. . Then I'm afraid to find out what Lily might be. But it may explain her urge to be such a bi-. . Must be unique. Because I've never met a girl like her. I, in fact regret it even." Acheron said truthfully, suddenly looking so tired. The fear of him striking out on another innocent resident beside him frightened him. . He didn't want to end up doing such a thing. And just thinking about it made his chest constrict.

"Anyways . . Any other questions?"

A slow breath left her as the were turned around, her grip on his shirt, her hand falling to her side as she waited for him to say something. Perhaps even push her away from him, attack Maria, or simply just walk away from her and give her the silent treatment. Granted that she wasn't the one to spit out his secret, it had been the woman sitting behind them, watching them like they were a side show - though Evelyn didn't care. She stopped caring the moment that the were hugged her to him. Her hands loosely wrapped around his waist, pulling him closer to her as she shook her head 'no' at his question. Since she wasn't truly scared that he was going to do something to her right then.

"I don't know what to do either." She giggled, running a hand through her curls, pushing the loose strands that hung down in her face behind her ears; hoping that they would stay in place a little longer then they normally did.

"Mates. You think they would be more dramatic." Maria sneered from behind her, making Evelyn blush spread over her nose, cheeks and making her ears red. It wasn't that she was embrassessed that she was with Lelend, that word she just didn't like it. It made her feel like an object that was meant to be owned more than a person that had feelings.

"You don't have to watch us then." Evelyn commented back, taking Lelend's hand in hers and pulled him towards the stairs towards the boys side. Going outside was even in her mind since she wasn't about to go where the ghost could get to her again and having Lelend close to Ryder also didn't sound like a good idea - but maybe with enough thoughts he could get the hint to stay away from Lelend and her at least until the were was back to normal level in his thinking. "Sorry, but I just can't...be around her much anymore." Evelyn paused for a moment. "You ever wonder why she's like that? I do. Like is it out of enjoyment that she does that?" Evelyn rambled, lacing her fingers with Lelends, swinging their hands lightly in the air.

"Lelend...We don't have to talk about anything until we're both ready, okay?" Evelyn lips curled back into her normal shy smile. "And to make it fear, I was sent here after freaking out about seeing a ghost...Toppled over a few students and took off into the woods for like.. two days...Soo..." The tiny brunette didn't know what else to say and there was really nothing to even the score of secrets since Evelyn didn't consider herself interesting for the most part. "So I guess this means I can't threaten you kissing." Evelyn's lips pursed out as the thought dawned on her. "I bet you plotted this out then. Can't stand the threats. But don't worry, I'll think of something else...Probably."

"Why would I ask when even you don't know what you are?" Ryder asked, following the boy until he sat on the end of the bed, hands twitching at his sides until he moved over the bed to lean his back against the wall, his hands behind his head as he looked to the other side. The other side had nothing, but Ryder would change that soon enough, given a day the male could throw some clothes and have a room looking like a storm had gone through the poor thing. "And before you get all up close and in my business about this, I can't control it all that great. I can search for another mind to lauch onto but I can't stop myself from hearing other people. I think I'll just tune into Curls and her were problems. For now since someone is angry about it." Ryder teased, kicking off his shoes and crossing his legs under his butt and crossing his feet.

"I think - though I might be wrong on this..." Ryder continued before the other had a chance to really say anything. "...That everyone in this house, aside from a few nurses and doctors are supers. I don't know why they have us all together like this. Well, everyone in the other housing that I was placed in was like this too." Ryder stopped for a moment, a slow sigh slipped from him as he stretched out his hands in front of him. A nervous habit of his was to keep moving. "But they moved us all after we figured it out.."
