Two best friends, room mates.
They try talking to each other about their crushes, but they end up fighting over him.
Eiji looked down at his paper after taking it out and wrote down some words on the paper. He started to draw a Batman symbol after looking up at the board and realised that he knew nothing about Japanese and he was completely screwed in this class. Eiji kept on drawing things, trying to make it look like he is doing something. Why the hell did they put me in this class anyways? He wondered to himself. "Shit." He accidently said out loud.
Namine re-read over the ones she had gotten wrong and the ones she didn't even know, and sighed. She knew, after this term, she would leave Japanese and go for another class, maybe extra science or something.
She began scribbling down notes in her notebook, looking at the text book now and again, but more or less trying to write it off by heart.
Her eyes darted to Eiji when she had finished, gritted her teeth and went to find something in the text book to pull her mind from him. Even after what he did and her anger, she couldn't keep her mind of him. It was like something pulled her towards him, and she liked the feeling. Too bad common sense, she wanted him.
Ayama sighed and read through her text book. There was only one Japanese class, so even the slower people were in this class.
She simply went through and read to small manga that was at the back of the text book. There was nothing else she could do.
She glanced over at Eiji who didn't seem to be getting anywhere.
.:. kk :] Imma leave in 45ish minutes .:.
.:Dx writer's block ; 3; I'll post when I get over it.:.
Namine didn't want to cheat, she didn't even want to look at the book, so she continued to figure it out, once and a while getting another. Once she got a few of them, she began to translate it into English from Kanji.
She sighed, looking at her muddled translation, then went back to the book to find out what the other characters were, translated it from Kanji to English and looked at the difference between her one and the one she got from using the book. She sighed.
Ayama read through the entire section, and she wrote it out in kanji, word for word. SHe then went through and found that character she couldn't remember and filled them out too.
She then wrote it out again, this time, in English.
She finished, set her pen down and lent back on the chair, staring at the ceiling.
.:. Short post... .:.
Namine opened her booked, and on her notebook translated what she could remember, which was about a quarter of it. She sighed, and continued to try and translate the rest of it.
Ayama only glanced at the board and raised her hadn, along with very few other students in the class. She knew the Namine wasn't too pleased about the test, but every time she offered to help her study, she would tell her to do her own studying.
She sighed and put her hand back down when the teacher asked another studnet to read it out.
They were ten instructed to translate the passage on a certain page of their text books, so that what Ayama did.
Namine watched her, silent before the teacher demanded attention from the class. Namine was nervous about the test, knowing she was going to fail. She was so bad at languages and wished all day she could be in the science or mathematics room figuring out problems. The teacher wrote something up in japanese and asked if any of the students could translate it. Naine just stared at it blankely.
Ayama glanced at it for a moment, and then took it from her, placing it in her mouth and sucking gently.
She looked over a few things. Great, they had an exam coming up soon. That means things were going to be even more stressful.
That was when the bell sounded. And the teacher arrived soon after to start class.
.:. Nice :P .:.
Namine pouted, looking to her work again. Se shuffled through her things, before reaching into her bag and handing Ayama a mint from her bag. "Here." She whispered, not wanting to get too confrontationaly with her. She didn't like it when she was in her mood.
.:I tottaly forgot about this :D:.
"I didn't leave you," she hissed under her breath. "You left me. And this whole insident with that guy has gotten me stress out okay? I was worried about you!"
She sighed and then turned to get ready for class. She was pissed off now, really pissed off. She should have taken a mint or chewed some gum or something before coming to class.
Eiji peaked over and pointed at Namine, while asking the girl, "So what's up with that girl and her friend?" He asked, "It seems like those two already hate me." The girl replied saying the typical girl drama answer stating that Namine and Ayama were just too stupid to know a hot guy when they see one. Eiji shook his head and looked down at the desk. "Well I don't think they're stupid, just maybe misunderstanding me." The girl laughed. "Why you laughin?" Eiji asked. She replied, "What's so hard to get? You're just another player, but a better looking one." Eiji turned away from her, instantly knowing that this girl had no chance with him.
Namine looked up to Ayama with a relieved look on her face. "Never leave me alone again." She said, with a little smile. But in a way, it was serious.
As Ayama sat down, she took a deep breath, but got a whif of something she didn't like. "Ayama!" She said angrily in a hushed whisper. "Why did you do it!" She asked, disappointed in her friend for smoking. She could smell it on her breath, it was like she was a trained smelling dog or something, but she always knew when her friend smoked.
