"You're skilled with a sword, you need not to worry about defending yourself." Dracula speaks easily. His voice trailing off slightly as he drinks his wine. Sipping at the dark liquid. Running a shaking hand through his hair. He takes a claiming breath. The alcohol just starting to fill his veins and calm him completely.
"Because I am not able to fight my enemies from only the ground...this is why I wanted to learn it..." she said, as if she read his mind.
"Summoning werebats and turning into one as well." Dracula watches her and leans against the bookshelf. He studies her carefully. Waiting for a moment, wondering why she is there. Or why she would like to learn the spell for werebats, yet not wanting to pry.
"No, I have known the glyph called Cubus for years...I am searching for the Werebat glyph...ah, here it is...Arma Chiroptera!"
"Many thanks from me to you." he answer her. After a moment, he looks at her. "A stone cube, is that what you wanted." This is a simple statement. One that he hopes would lead the woman into a little bit of an explanation. Even though he remembers much, he doesn't remember everything.
She takes the book, and uses the glyph Cubus, which creates a stone cube onto the floor, and she sits down to on the top of it. "Thank you." She said politely.
"Ah, here." Dracula moves toward the right side of the library. He makes his way toward the back of the room. There, he grips the bookshelf and easily climbs the floor to ceiling shelf. Being twelve feet tall, he makes his way three fourths up the shelf, some ten feet into the air. Moving across the shelf, he grabs a large black and blue book. Archaic symbols sprawl across the covers and the bindings. Turning, he jumps down and joins her on the ground once again. Surprised, this is just a confirmation on his vampirism. Yet, he is still unsure of how much of his original power he still has.
"Gryphs, an interesting subject."
She looked around the room, amazed by the sheer quantity of books he had in his possession. "I am looking for a book on glyphs..." She said quietly.
"This way." He leads the way toward the library, "May I ask what for? Are you looking for a particular spell?" Knowing that he has the most expansive library in this side of the state. Opening the door, he motions for her to walk in ahead of him.
"Nonsense, I do not require any form of gratitude...but I do wish to see your library..." She said.
Nodding softly, he thanks her. "How may I repay you?" eyeing her carefully, he sees that she is being truthful. "Anything, I can get you anything in this would." Dracula promises.
"It is said to heal even the most deadly of ailments as if it were nothing..." She told him, as he looked into her eyes, he could tell she was being truthful.
"For my beloved." he seems to finish in his mind. "What is its magic?" He asks studying her closer.
"I heard of your...dilemma...and I wish to help..." She offered, and she nodded, letting him know it was an enchantment meant to do good for the wearer.
"Enchanted is it not?" Carefully, he takes the amulet from her. Eyes her carefully. Motioning for Shanoa to follow him, he moves toward the study. A carefully decorated room that is meant to entertain.
